The Applications of Calcium Hydroxide :
Calcium hydroxide has a wide range of uses, mainly focusing on industries such as industry, construction, environmental protection, and agriculture. Industrially, it is a key raw material for producing calcium hypochlorite (a raw material for bleaching powder), and is also used in papermaking bleaching and neutralizing acidic substances in wastewater treatment. In the construction field, it is often used as a component of lime milk and mortar for wall masonry and plastering. In agriculture, it can adjust soil pH and prevent plant diseases. Additionally, it is applied in scenarios such as food processing (e.g., sugar decolorization) and phosphorus removal in sewage treatment.
The calcium hydroxide content is strictly controlled at over 95%, far exceeding the purity standard of ordinary industrial-grade calcium hydroxide.
